Vision for Inclusive Solutions and Transparency Initiative (VISTA INITIATIVE) is a women-led, youth-driven non-governmental humanitarian organization established in response to the humanitarian crisis in Nigeria, with a focus on the Northeast, Northwest, and North Central regions.
VISTA Initiative is dedicated to delivering life-saving humanitarian assistance and sustainable development solutions to crisis-affected, and underserved communities across Nigeria.
We prioritize interventions in regions impacted by armed conflict, natural disasters, climate-induced displacement, and socio-economic marginalization, particularly where the needs of vulnerable populations including women, children, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and the elderly are most acute.
We are firmly guided by the core humanitarian principles of neutrality, impartiality, independence, and humanity, operating without political or religious bias and upholding a strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and non-discrimination.

Requirements
