Applications are now open for a Nationwide Enumerator Recruitment for a major research initiative on Children’s Online Privacy and Safety in Nigeria.
The project is seeking qualified and motivated individuals to serve as field enumerators across all 36 states, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), and all 774 Local Government Areas (LGAs).
The study aims to generate reliable data on how children interact with digital platforms, the online risks they face, and the level of awareness among parents, caregivers, and communities regarding online privacy and safety.
The research is being conducted by a leading Tech Policy and Advisory organization with expertise in intelligence, data systems, and public interest research.

About the Role
Successful applicants will play a vital role in the implementation of this nationwide study by supporting field data collection activities. Enumerators will administer structured questionnaires and conduct interviews with children, parents, guardians, and other community stakeholders in schools and community settings.
Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct when engaging with participants, particularly children.
Accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail are essential, as the findings from this research will inform policies and interventions aimed at improving children’s online safety across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field surveys and interviews in assigned locations.

Eligibility Requirements
Interested applicants must possess the following:
- Minimum qualification of OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Previous experience in field research, survey administration, or data collection will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to undertake field assignments and meet project timelines.
- Basic knowledge of ethical research practices, especially when working with children, is an added advantage.
