About AYCF
The Africa Youth Climate Fund (AYCF) is transforming access to climate finance by ensuring young people across Africa have direct access to funding, strategic partnerships, and decision-making platforms.
Although Africa contributes less than 4% of global greenhouse gas emissions, the continent experiences some of the world’s most severe climate impacts. AYCF is committed to closing the climate finance gap by supporting innovative, youth-led solutions that drive sustainable development across Africa.
Available Positions
1. Programs & Community Support Manager
- Location: Remote (Africa)
- Salary: USD 2,500–3,000 per month
- Contract: 1-Year Renewable
Key Responsibilities
- Lead program implementation and community engagement initiatives.
- Support youth-led climate projects across Africa.
- Build strategic partnerships and strengthen ecosystem collaboration.
- Promote inclusive and participatory grant-making processes.

2. Communications & Youth Engagement Officer

- Manage digital platforms and engagement campaigns.

3. Grants & Operations Manager
- Location: Remote (Africa)
- Salary: USD 2,700–3,000 per month
- Contract: 1-Year Renewable
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee grant-making processes and fund disbursement.
- Manage operational systems, compliance, and reporting.
- Ensure transparency and accountability in fund management.
- Support organizational growth and operational efficiency.
