ITHAC is currently recruiting an Entry-Level Human Resource Specialist to join its team in Abuja. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, NYSC members, and early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources.
Location & Work Setup
- Location: Abuja
- Work Mode: Hybrid
- On-site: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
- Remote: Tuesday & Thursday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: ₦90,000 – ₦100,000 monthly
Salary is based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee engagement and training initiatives.
- Support performance review processes and HR reporting.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and HR information.
- Handle general HR and administrative duties.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
