Overview
- We are seeking highly motivated, intelligent, and ambitious First Class Graduates graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Programme.
- This programme is designed to develop future business leaders by providing structured learning, practical experience, mentorship, and exposure across multiple business functions.
- The successful candidates will work closely with experienced professionals on strategic projects while gaining hands-on experience in logistics, operations, finance, business development, technology, customer experience, and corporate services.

Key Responsibilities
The Graduate Trainee will:
- Participate in structured training and development programmes.
- Rotate across assigned departments to gain broad business exposure.
- Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
- Assist in business process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and analyze operational data.
- Support key account management and client relationship activities.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, meeting reports, and business documentation.
- Assist with project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Learn and comply with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with teams to deliver assigned objectives.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- A Bachelor’s Degree with a First Class Honours from a recognized university.
- Be 28 years or younger at the time of application.
- NYSC completed.
- Have a minimum of five (5) O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English, obtained in not more than two sittings.
- Possess excellent academic records.
- Demonstrate leadership experience through extracurricular activities, volunteer work, internships, or campus leadership roles.
- Have strong interest in building a long-term career in logistics, supply chain, technology, or business management.
