Call for Interns: TIC Internship Program 2026 for Fresh Graduates and NYSC Members
Thels Impact Consulting (TIC) is inviting applications for its Internship Program, an opportunity for fresh graduates and NYSC members to gain hands-on professional experience while working with an impact-driven organisation.
The programme is designed for individuals who are currently in NYSC camp, about to be deployed for their service year, or are fresh graduates looking to build practical workplace experience.
Interns will work on real projects and develop relevant skills, knowledge and experience in their chosen fields.
The internship runs for six months and is fully remote, allowing selected interns to collaborate with the TIC team while gaining practical exposure across technology, product, programme management, research, data, marketing and human resources.

Internship Experience
Selected interns will participate in practical work rather than only theoretical training. Depending on the role, interns will contribute to projects involving software development, product development, programme coordination, research, data analysis, marketing, human resources and quality assurance.
The experience is structured to help participants develop professional competence while understanding how projects are executed within an organisation.
