About the Impact Associate Programme
The Impact Associate Programme provides young professionals with an opportunity to gain practical experience while contributing to iLEAD Africa’s programmes and operations.
Associates will work within their respective areas while developing professional skills, collaborating with teams and contributing to projects connected to the organisation’s social-impact work.
Previous professional experience is an advantage, but applicants without extensive experience can also apply. Passion, commitment, willingness to learn and relevant skills are considered important.
