Energy YPMC, short for Energy Young Professional Mentoring Circle, is a talent development and mentoring initiative focused on supporting the next generation of professionals in the energy and technology industries.

The initiative combines industry mentorship with professional and personal development, helping participants better understand corporate environments, make informed career decisions, strengthen their leadership potential and develop knowledge relevant to the evolving energy sector.

About Energy YPMC Cohort 3.0

Cohort 3.0 is structured as a three-month intensive mentoring experience. Selected participants will be paired with experienced professionals based on their career interests, technical background and long-term aspirations.

The programme will primarily operate virtually, with occasional opportunities for in-person sessions and networking activities.

Rather than focusing only on technical knowledge, the programme combines career mentoring, corporate development, technology and energy-sector insights, financial literacy and personal development.
