REFin Homes Limited, a real estate and finance company focused on bridging Nigeria’s housing gap through affordable and quality housing for middle-income earners, is recruiting qualified professionals for various positions across IT and Digital Media, Quantity Surveying and Project Management, and Legal and Compliance.
Available Positions
1. Head of IT and Media
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, printers and network systems.
- Manage internet, email systems, servers and cloud-based applications.
- Maintain data security through backups, antivirus and cybersecurity practices.
- Manage IT assets, user accounts and employee workstations.
- Develop and implement the company’s digital media strategy.
- Create content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube.
- Design graphics and promotional materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Capture and edit photos and videos for events, projects and campaigns.
- Manage and update the company website.
- Monitor digital engagement and prepare monthly analytics reports.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, HR and Project teams on campaigns and internal communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Multimedia, Mass Communication or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, digital media or a similar role.
- Experience managing websites and social media platforms.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Experience with WordPress or similar website management platforms.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or CorelDRAW.
- Video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organisation and project management skills.
- Real estate, construction, engineering or corporate experience is an advantage.
- A portfolio of digital media work is an added advantage.
Salary: ₦300,000–₦400,000 monthly.

2. Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities and project budgets.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses.
- Develop project cost plans and recommend cost-effective construction methods.
- Prepare tender and contract documents and evaluate contractor bids.
- Administer contracts and manage variations, claims and change orders.
- Monitor project expenditure against approved budgets.
- Prepare cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality.
- Support procurement and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Measure completed work and prepare interim and final valuations.
- Verify invoices and recommend contractor and subcontractor payments.
- Prepare final project accounts.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants and project managers.
- Conduct site visits and provide commercial advice.
- Maintain project cost records and prepare management reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- NIQS and/or QSRBN professional certification or membership is an advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in construction or real estate development.
- Experience with residential, commercial or mixed-use developments.
- Experience managing multiple construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles and construction contracts.
- Excellent cost estimation, budgeting and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD and quantity surveying software.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills.
Salary: ₦300,000–₦450,000 monthly.
3. Head, Legal and Compliance / Company Secretary
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice to the Board, Management and staff.
- Coordinate Board meetings, prepare board papers and minutes, and maintain statutory records.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and liaise with relevant regulatory bodies.
- Oversee litigation and coordinate with external solicitors.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Manage land, title searches, documentation and perfection processes.
- Liaise with international offices in the UK and US.
- Maintain organised legal and corporate filing systems.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in a similar legal leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance and litigation management.
- Strong legal advisory, company secretarial and contract management skills.
- Experience handling Board meetings and corporate documentation.
- Strong communication, organisation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work proactively and strategically.
- Experience in real estate is an advantage.
- Board meeting experience and knowledge of property and approval processes are added advantages.
