Stanbic IBTC Bank is recruiting Client Service Officers to support customers across its branches in Ibadan, Osun and Ogun States.
The successful candidates will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and complaints, processing banking transactions, resolving service-related issues and identifying opportunities to introduce customers to relevant banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer enquiries, including requests relating to cheque books and other branch services.
- Managing ATM cards in accordance with approved procedures and completing daily reconciliations with the relevant custodian.
- Processing customer requests for off-cycle statements, applying applicable charges and maintaining accurate supporting records.
- Identifying customer needs and opportunities to cross-sell or migrate customers to relevant banking products and services.
- Participating in sales and customer acquisition activities where required.
- Processing authorised value transactions and coordinating the required verification with the appropriate team leader.
- Processing cash transfer instructions in line with established procedures.
- Recording, monitoring and maintaining accurate customer complaint records, including supporting documentation and system updates.
- Ensuring that customer requests and service issues are handled efficiently and within established service timelines.
- Adhering to relevant banking procedures, controls and compliance requirements.

Applicants for the Client Service Officer positions should have:
- A minimum of a First Degree from a recognised institution.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience with banking products, financial services regulations and compliance procedures.
- Previous branch banking experience.
- Good knowledge of consumer banking products and services.
- Understanding of banking processes, procedures and service standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate information clearly and work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong task and time management skills.
- Ability to follow established procedures and maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer issues.
- Strong customer service and active listening skills.
