The Cordros Sales Academy Graduate Trainee Program is a four-month, full-time programme designed to develop commercially driven graduates into field-ready sales professionals.
The programme takes participants through foundational sales training before progressing into practical engagement with customers, markets and assigned commercial territories.

3. Market and Territory Development: Trainees will learn how to develop assigned markets, manage territories and contribute to commercial expansion.

Responsibilities And Learning Activities
As Graduate Trainees, participants will progressively take on responsibility for assigned territories and customer segments under the guidance of experienced sales professionals.
Their activities will include:
- Participating actively in classroom-based training
- Receiving and applying coaching and mentoring
- Prospecting for customers and engaging prospective and existing clients
- Supporting market development and customer-segment growth
- Managing assigned territories and sales pipelines

- Working towards defined commercial targets
- Demonstrating learning, commercial performance and behavioural competencies during assessments
Eligibility & Requirements
To be considered for the Cordros Sales Academy Graduate Trainee Program 2026, applicants must:
- Have a minimum of a Second-Class Lower Division (2:2) degree in any discipline
- Be 30 years old or younger by December 2026
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
- Possess an NYSC discharge certificate
- Be available for full-time participation throughout the four-month programme
