What Trainee Analysts Will Do

Trainee Analysts will contribute to the Foundation’s programme and impact activities. Their responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the conception and development of programmes and social-impact initiatives.
  • Assisting with programme coordination, implementation and delivery.
  • Supporting fundraising activities connected to MO Foundation’s programmes.
  • Helping communicate programme activities, outcomes and impact.
  • Developing written content and using storytelling to communicate the Foundation’s work.
  • Supporting content creation and other communications activities.
  • Working across programme, operational and community-focused assignments.
  • Using and developing familiarity with AI-powered and other digital tools.
  • Managing multiple priorities within a hybrid working environment.
  • Supporting initiatives involving boys, young people and communities.
  • Collaborating with professionals across MO Foundation and the wider EaglePinPoint Group.

Eligibility and Requirements

The Trainee Analyst Program is open to early-career graduates who meet the following requirements:

  • First Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any field.
  • Completed NYSC with a discharge or exemption certificate.
  • 0–2 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in programmes, content, sales or community work.
  • Strong writing and storytelling ability.
  • Basic content creation, design or video skills, or a willingness to learn.
  • Comfort with AI-powered tools or an interest in learning how to use them.
  • Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Maturity, empathy and integrity when working with boys and young people.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
