Applications are open for the Flour Mills of Nigeria (FMN) Exclusive Engineering Programme (TEEP) 3.0, a graduate development programme designed to prepare young engineers for operational careers within the manufacturing industry.
The programme is open to B.Eng, B.Tech and HND engineering graduates who have completed NYSC and have 0–2 years of relevant experience. Selected participants will receive structured development, hands-on experience and exposure to real-world engineering projects across manufacturing, production, and Health, Safety & Environment.

Eligibility and Requirements
Candidates interested in the programme should meet the following requirements:
- Hold a B.Eng, B.Tech or HND in an Engineering discipline.
- Have graduated from an accredited university or polytechnic.
- Have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- Have 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Relevant experience may be in core manufacturing, production or a plant environment.
- Be no more than 27 years old.
- Relevant professional qualifications or certifications will be an added advantage.
The programme is primarily designed for engineers at the beginning of their careers who want to build practical experience within a large-scale industrial environment.

The Exclusive Engineering Programme focuses on three major areas:
- Manufacturing: Participants will gain exposure to a manufacturing environment where engineering principles are applied to industrial operations, equipment and processes.
