NOVA Bank is recruiting young graduates for its 2027 NOVA Graduate Trainee Programme (NGTP’27), a one-year intensive, world-class training programme that combines structured classroom learning, hands-on banking experience and direct mentorship from NOVA Bank’s top executives.
Selected trainees will work on impactful projects, explore customer-centric banking solutions and gain a deep understanding of NOVA Bank’s innovative approach to banking across digital services, technology and strategy.
The programme is open to graduates with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) who have completed NYSC and are not older than 27 years.

NOVA Bank Graduate Trainee Programme 2027 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or First Class
- Must have completed NYSC with a valid discharge or exemption certificate
- Must not be older than 27 years
- Must be following NOVA Bank across all social media platforms before applying
