Responsibilities of the A.G. Leventis Graduate Trainee

• Assist with receiving, inspecting, identifying, storing, and issuing spare parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock transactions on the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Monitor stock levels, identify fast-moving and slow-moving items, and report shortages.
• Participate in periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation to ensure physical stock matches system records.
• Assist in identifying spare parts required for vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.
• Support the preparation and processing of material requisitions, purchase requests, and stock transfer documents.
• Track outstanding spare parts orders and follow up on deliveries with the Procurement Department and suppliers.

Requirements for the A.G. Leventis Graduate Trainee Position

Interested applicants must meet the following requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing and Supply, or a related discipline.
• Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme or possess a valid exemption certificate.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, or automotive spare parts is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
