Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG), one of Nigeria’s most prestigious energy companies, is recruiting experienced LNG operations professionals for three positions at its Bonny Island facility in Rivers State.
The roles span shift operations, principal operations and supervisory levels, all requiring an HND with minimum Upper Credit in a relevant engineering discipline plus proven LNG operations experience. NLNG does not charge any fee at any stage of the application process.
NLNG Available Positions
Shift Operator (Job Reference: PO/2026/001)
- Carry out daily plant operations safely and efficiently
- Monitor operational conditions and support sustained production
- Maintain compliance with safety and operating procedures
- Requirements: HND in a relevant engineering discipline with minimum Upper Credit | Minimum 4 years experience in LNG operations | Knowledge of LNG processes and plant operating areas

Operations Supervisor (Job Reference: PO/2026/002)
- Lead and supervise plant operations
- Ensure safe, efficient and reliable plant performance
- Manage operational risks, emergencies and production continuity
- Drive compliance with operating procedures and safety standards
- Requirements: HND in a relevant engineering discipline with minimum Upper Credit | Minimum 10 years experience in LNG operations including at least 3 years in plant operations | Evidence of acquisition of 12 Assessment and Progression (A&P) Skill Blocks
Shift Principal Operator (Job Reference: PO/2026/003)
- Execute safe and efficient plant operations
- Monitor plant conditions and support production targets
- Maintain operational discipline and critical safety controls
- Deputise for the Area Supervisor when designated
- Requirements: HND in a relevant engineering discipline with minimum Upper Credit | Minimum 8 years experience in LNG operations | Evidence of acquisition of 9 Assessment and Progression (A&P) Skill Blocks
