Program Overview
The Agricultural Training Program for Nigerians Youth by the Leventis Foundation is a comprehensive one-year initiative tailored for young Nigerians who aspire to build rewarding careers in farming and agribusiness.
The program offers an immersive, hands-on experience covering diverse areas of agriculture, agricultural value chains, and farm enterprises.

Eligibility Criteria
The program welcomes both male and female applicants who are passionate about agriculture and aspire to create sustainable careers in the field. To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be physically fit.
- Demonstrate the ability to read and write in English (minimum of a secondary school certificate may be required).
- Aged between 18 and 40 years.
- Pass written and oral tests prior to final selection.
- Show a clear interest in agriculture; proof of a farming background is an added advantage.

Candidates must bring the following documents on the examination day:
- A handwritten cover letter.
- A letter of attestation signed by the Chairman/Secretary of your Local Government of Origin or a Justice of the Peace (JP).
- Two (2) recent passport-sized photographs.
- Three (3) reference letters.
- Photocopies of academic qualifications or any other relevant documents.
