Key Responsibilities

  • Perform timely and high-quality repairs on all bottling and utilities equipment in the event of electrical or automation issues.
  • Ensure compliance with plant automation operating procedures and standards.
  • Support project implementation by ensuring adherence to automation requirements for both new and existing projects.
  • Utilize condition monitoring tools to assess automation equipment and develop corrective action plans (CAPs) for identified issues.
  • Maintain availability of essential automation parts and establish appropriate reorder levels.
  • Oversee maintenance contracts related to inspection and coding machines, ensuring adherence to contract terms.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions for equipment and process related non-conformances.
  • Ensure regular updates and availability of user program backups for all automation equipment.
  • Maintain up-to-date electrical documentation for all plant equipment.
  • Perform routine audits on electrical controls to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Assess skills gaps among electrical/automation technicians and coordinate training to align with industry trends.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc./HND in Electrical/Electronics/Automation Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role
  • Efficient knowledge of SAP, Siemens & PLCs, Danfoss, Omron, Sensors, PLC programming skills etc.
  • Adequate knowledge of bottling technology & FMCG experience.
  • Experience in execution of projects such as: line commissioning, annual maintenance planning.

Job Title: Maintenance Planner

  • The Maintenance Planner is responsible ensuring optimal availability and performance of the business unit by developing all maintenance plans & schedules.

  • In association with PE/CE/MSE, prepare maintenance strategies for the BU and be responsible for operation of same.

  • The Plant Efficiency Analyst is responsible for planning, executing efficient production plan for the plant (raw materials, finish goods, data, and information).
  • The role is also responsible in designing staff routine schedule that provides optimization of labor cost, production volume and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implements and ensures compliance to procedures, proposes changes and updates the procedures in accordance with the group procedures, legal requirements, and applicable standards.
  • Coordinates the gathering of data necessary for the activity analysis of the production operations.
  • Responsible for communicating & editing all the documents necessary to the operations team. Makes proposals/suggestions to maximize the reporting method of key indicators of the Operations team.
  • Examines the indicators established for the Operations team’s activity and calculates or download them from the system as well as their comparisons with target, RE, LY as per agreed standard reporting flow.
  • Delivers the yield reports and other department’s indicators to the Plant Manager, in accordance with the specified instructions
  • Calculates the monthly bonus for the production employees. Ensures bonus is calculated with the correct information and makes sure that approvals/corrections are ready before delivery timeframe.
  • Daily peruses the internal report’s accuracy with the ones from SAP (produced quantity, production hours, yields, times of stopping).
  • Updates the reports in case changes appear (speeds, concentrate formula, specific/certain consumption, new aroma, new packaging)
  • Keeps the confidentiality of documents and information that he is working with.
  • Accomplishes the activity related to the prevention of damages, casualties, fire, and inundation, etc.
  • Is responsible for keeping the Company’s goods (assets) in good conditions, goods that have been given to be kept, including the P. S. I. hygienic-sanitary endowment.
  • Complies with the rules of moral behavior, also with the hygienic-sanitary rules, during the work hours and Lead production KBI improvement projects.
