Tranter IT Infrastructure Services Limited is currently hiring a skilled IT End User Support professional to join our team in Kaduna.

This role is ideal for an experienced and highly motivated IT support expert who is passionate about delivering exceptional technical support and driving seamless user experiences across devices and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level support to end users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and professionally.
Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, LAN/WLAN networks, printers, and peripheral devices.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network problems as they arise.
Ensure timely response to technical inquiries and service requests in accordance with company SLAs.
Maintain accurate documentation of user issues and resolutions to support knowledge base development.
Collaborate with the central IT team to implement updates, upgrades, and improvements.
Educate and guide users on proper system use and security best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, including LAN and WLAN installation and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.
Excellent troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software-related issues.
Good understanding of operating systems, MS Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to support users of varying technical levels.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
