Internship Summary
We are seeking a smart, analytical, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Market Research/Customer Success Intern.
This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client engagement, market intelligence, and operational support within a structured financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with client servicing documentation
- Support client onboarding and maintain accurate client records and databases
- Help prepare investment certificates and distribute communications to clients
- Assist with Know Your Customer (KYC) processes by organizing and verifying documentation
- Collect and organize client feedback to support service improvement initiatives
- Conduct desk research on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Compile data and prepare reports for internal stakeholders
- Support the design of dashboards, slide decks, and visual data presentations
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute to improving customer experience
Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., client services, investment operations, or research)
- Basic understanding of market research, investment products, or customer service principles
