Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in structured learning and development programs to acquire technical and commercial expertise.
  • Deliver high-quality results on all assigned internship and developmental projects.
  • Collaborate closely with Emerson’s Sales, Service, and Local Business Partners (LBPs) to support business growth across Nigeria and the West African region.
  • Partner with service engineers, business development teams, and other Emerson business units to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales and service strategies that exceed market growth rates.
  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring continuous awareness and adoption of Emerson’s diverse portfolio.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and market dynamics.
  • Adhere strictly to Emerson’s Ethics, Trade Compliance, and ITC policies in all business activities.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with Emerson’s documentation and record retention standards.

Eligibility Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines:
  • Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Physics
  • Chemistry
  • Geology
  • Computer Science
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must have completed NYSC or possess a valid exemption/discharge certificate by September 2025.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • 0–2 years post-graduate work experience.
