Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Bloom Scholars Program 2025, applicants must:

- Be a citizen of an African country
- Be preparing to enroll in the first year of a university program in Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Sierra Leone, or South Africa
- Demonstrate financial need

All applicants must submit the following:
- Completed online application form
- High school transcript
- Final secondary school examination results
- University admission letter (provisional is acceptable)
- Post-secondary exam results (e.g., WAEC, KCSE, NSC, etc.)
- Responses to up to seven short essay questions
- A completed recommendation form from a teacher, mentor, or community leader
