Job Description
We’re looking for a creative and skilled visual storyteller who can help bring the OPay brand to life. In this role, you’ll go beyond capturing moments — you’ll craft compelling visuals that narrate our brand story and strengthen our presence in the African market.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality photos and videos for brand, product, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage the full production workflow including pre-shoot planning, lighting, recording, and post-production.
- Operate professional gear such as Sony A7M3, DJI stabilizers, drones, and wireless mic systems.
- Edit images and videos using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Maintain an organized visual archive and ensure proper care of equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, etc.) to deliver impactful content.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 2–3 years proven experience in photography and videography with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in camera operations, lighting, and composition; hands-on use of Sony/DJI equipment.
- Strong editing, retouching, sound design, and color grading skills.
- A keen creative eye with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work proactively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Added Advantage
- Prior experience in fintech or tech-driven companies.
- Skills in motion graphics or basic animation.
- Good understanding of Nigerian culture and market trends.
