Qualifications & Requirements

To be considered for the 2026 Oilserv Ingenious Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must have completed NYSC.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Not older than 28 years by the date of application.

Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields:

• Engineering
• Law
• Information Management
• Accounting

• Social Sciences
• Knowledge of ESG practices will be an added advantage.
