Programme Requirements

- Maximum age: 25 years at the time of application.

- High motivation, integrity, and customer-orientation.
Programme Duration & Structure
- Duration: Approximately 12 months (may vary depending on organizational needs).
- Rotational Structure: Participants will rotate across key departments, typically spending 2–3 months per unit, with clear deliverables and learning goals.
