About the Role
Are you passionate about people and eager to make a difference in the workplace? Our Human Resources Department is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join the team.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.
You’ll work alongside experienced professionals and gain real-world exposure in a dynamic, inclusive, and fast-paced banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, document management, and recordkeeping.
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new and exiting employees.
- Help organize training programs, workshops, and engagement initiatives that foster a positive work culture.
- Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Prepare HR-related reports, memos, and presentations as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
