Position Overview: Project Assistant (Entry Level)
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and creative Project Assistant to join our growing team.
This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in development consulting, social impact, and creative project management.
The Project Assistant will play a key role in supporting project coordination, research, documentation, and communication efforts.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute creative ideas that enhance project storytelling, visibility, and impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning, coordination, and progress tracking across multiple initiatives.
- Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to support strategy and project development.
- Assist in preparing concept notes, proposals, reports, and presentations for clients and partners.
- Design visually compelling materials using Canva, including decks, project summaries, and communication assets.
- Contribute to internal and external communications, ensuring consistent brand messaging and storytelling.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth project execution.
- Brainstorm and propose creative ideas to improve project outcomes and public engagement.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in social impact, development, or sustainability.
- Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with communication tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or Trello).
- Excellent organizational, writing, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in a nonprofit, social enterprise, or consulting organization is an added advantage (but not mandatory).
