Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer, you will:
- Develop creative visual concepts and transform them into engaging designs for digital platforms.
- Produce final assets, including banners, UI interfaces, motion graphics, and video content.

- Present and pitch innovative design ideas that elevate project quality and user experience.
- Continuously refine your designs based on feedback and performance insights.
- Support video editing and motion graphics tasks when needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand project goals and translate them into impactful visual solutions.
- Create drafts, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Maintain a strong sense of design principles — including layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure consistency and creative excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design platforms.
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals, branding, and storytelling through visuals.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple deliverables.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a strong plus.
