About the Programme

The CardinalStone Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to identify and develop the next generation of leaders in the financial sector.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the CardinalStone Graduate Trainee Programme, applicants must:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1).
• Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
• Possess 0–2 years of post-NYSC work experience.
