Job Description 

QCIL is seeking passionate, talented, and ambitious young graduates to join its Graduate Trainee Program.

This opportunity is designed to equip recent graduates with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience needed to build a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry.

Trainees will undergo structured training, mentorship, and exposure to different departments to develop their potential and contribute to the company’s success.

Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in the Graduate Trainee Program and assigned projects.
• Work closely with supervisors and mentors to gain insight into company operations.
• Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve processes and performance.
• Support teams in achieving departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate (Class of 2024 or 2025) from a recognized university.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines).
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
