Program Overview

The TSL Graduate Trainee Program 2025 is an intensive 18-month structured learning and development initiative designed to prepare exceptional young graduates for a rewarding career in logistics and transport management.

This program combines classroom instruction, on-the-job training, and mentorship to provide participants with a deep understanding of TSL’s operations and the wider logistics ecosystem.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the program, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a minimum of a Second-Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• Be a recent graduate with no more than two (2) years of post-NYSC experience.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Be passionate about leadership, learning, and building a career in logistics or supply chain management.
• Exhibit adaptability, curiosity, and a drive for excellence in a fast-paced environment.
