Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme.

Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive on-the-job training, gaining exposure to various departments and developing key professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate actively in on-the-job training and departmental rotations.
• Attend meetings, workshops, and team-building activities.
• Observe, learn, and document key experiences throughout the training period.
• Conduct research, compile reports, and make presentations to management.
• Analyze systems and suggest innovative ideas for improvement.
• Contribute positively to the team environment and build professional relationships.
