Call for Applications: Policy Advocacy and Leadership Fellowship Cohort 2.0
The Policy Advocacy and Leadership (PAL) Fellowship is a research-driven capacity development program designed to equip young Nigerians with the knowledge, tools, and practical experience needed to shape governance and drive policy reforms at the subnational level.
The Fellowship features three core modules: Policy, Advocacy, and Leadership, with a strong focus on policy advocacy, data analysis, and research.
Through these modules, fellows will gain the skills to conduct evidence-based research, engage policymakers, and design actionable policy solutions that address key governance and development challenges within their communities.

Grounded in the belief that sustainable change begins with informed, community-rooted leadership, PAL positions young leaders as policy entrepreneurs, think tank builders, and advocates for systemic transformation.
Fellows will learn how to translate research into practical reforms, influence decision-making processes, and contribute to a culture of accountability and innovation in governance.
This application targets exceptional young professionals who demonstrate intellectual curiosity, leadership potential, analytical depth, and a strong commitment to social impact.

Before You Begin, Please Note:
- The Fellowship runs from January to March 2026, combining virtual learning with an in-person boot camp in Jos.
- Applicants must be 21–35 years old and reside in Plateau, Benue, Nasarawa, Gombe, Taraba, Adamawa, Kaduna, or Bauchi State.
- Fellows will be selected based on merit, gender balance, and inclusivity.
