GOALS International Masters Scholarship (Erasmus Mundus) in France, Portugal 2026 | Fully Funded
GOALS (GOvernance and Administration of Leisure and sports)” is a two-year programme entirely taught in English (120 ECTS) and jointly operated by five European institutions.
The GOALS International Masters Scholarship is offered by the University of Lille (France), the University of Lisbon (Portugal), Mykolas Romeris University (Lithuania), Nicolaus Copernicus University (Poland), and the International University of Health, Exercise & Sports – LUNEX (Luxembourg).
GOALS Master program offers students many opportunities to pursue their academic and professional objectives. Upon completion of this joint degree, students are prepared for a range of careers in sport management.

Requirement for the Erasmus Mundus GOALS International Masters Scholarship 2026
- Hold a Higher Education (HE) undergraduate degree (e.g., Bachelor, Licence, 180ECTS) or a recognised equivalent level of learning in accordance with the GOALS Master programme.
- Students enrolled in their last year of an undergraduate degree can provide an official certificate of registration produced by their HE institution.
- Demonstrate English and English proficiency.
- The expected scientific background is the following:
- Sport management (sport sociology, sport marketing, sport communication, sport finances, sport economics, sport event management) or
- Management/business administration (sociology, marketing, communication, finances, economics, event management) or
- Sport studies (physical education, sport coaching, fitness, sport and wellness).
Scholarship Perks
- The Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters scholarship amounts to 1400€ per month, for a total duration of 18 months over 24 (until December 31, 2027, which amount to €25,200).
- It includes a waiver for participation fees and covers all living costs of the students (travel, accommodation, visa, etc.).

Method of Application
- Fill in an online application form in English, and provide all required documents.
- After submission, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail (check your spam box if not).
- After a first analysis and ranking of the applications, a short list is determined for students to be interviewed by the evaluators.
- Files are reviewed and marked on a scale from very poor to outstanding, for each selection criteria by each partner university.
