Job Description 

We are seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join our workforce as Trainee TCP Engineers.

This entry-level role is designed for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in oil and gas operations particularly in TCP (Tubing-Conveyed Perforating) services.

Successful candidates will receive hands-on technical training, mentorship from experienced engineers, and exposure to both onshore and offshore field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior engineers in the planning and execution of TCP operations.
• Support field activities related to perforating systems and other service lines.
• Participate in routine equipment maintenance, safety checks, and operational readiness procedures.
• Ensure that all field operations comply with company safety standards and industry best practices.
• Contribute to job reports, documentation, and operational records.
• Engage in continuous learning to develop strong technical and mechanical skills.
• Travel to field locations (onshore/offshore) as required.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: B.Eng or HND in a relevant technical or engineering discipline.
• Experience: 0–2 years of professional experience. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Previous internship or exposure to oil and gas operations with demonstrated safety awareness is an added advantage.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Ability and willingness to work in demanding and challenging field environments.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
