Whether you’re transitioning into tech or seeking guidance to grow in your current role, this program offers personalised mentorship, community support, and the clarity needed to advance your career with confidence.
This edition provides hands-on learning, accountability, and practical guidance from experienced industry mentors across four in-demand tech tracks.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Identify as female
- Be passionate about developing a tech skill or advancing in the tech ecosystem
- Commit to attending all mandatory sessions
- Have access to a stable internet connection and a device for virtual learning
