G-Shoppers provides convenient and reliable food shopping support to households, busy professionals, and business owners who have limited time to shop or cook.

We supply food items such as fresh meats, seafoods, frozen foods, dry foods, vegetables, fruits, and prepped ready-to-cook ingredients.
Our operations are based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

We are currently recruiting to fill the following positions:

1. Order Packing & Quality Control Officer

• Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers State
• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: ₦100,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the processing team on items requiring special preparation.
• Check, verify, and pack orders to meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Ensure orders are prepared and ready for dispatch within set timelines.
• Work with the inventory and logistics teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Take responsibility for order accuracy and quality to minimize delays.
• Must be physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under time pressure.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in order fulfillment, packing, or inventory management is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Must be willing to work Mondays to Saturdays, with one day off per month.
• Must reside in Port Harcourt, preferably close to Eliozu.

2. Customer Service & Sales Officer

• Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers State
• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: ₦120,000 monthly

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service & Sales Officer who will act as the first point of contact for customers—mainly online.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring strong sales drive and excellent customer relations skills.

Most customer orders come through WhatsApp (driven by Instagram ads and returning customers), website orders, and a few walk-ins.

You will be responsible for converting leads, updating catalogs, responding to inquiries, and ensuring smooth order processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Close sales from WhatsApp leads, especially from Instagram ads.
• Follow up with new and returning customers until sales are finalized.
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets and improve conversion rates.
• Update WhatsApp catalog prices and upload new items.
• Monitor website orders daily and print them for processing.
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Keep accurate records of chats, orders, and complaints.
• Provide relevant product information and recommendations.
• Send daily/weekly reports on leads, conversations, orders, and conversions.
• Work closely with other sales reps to achieve company targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of work experience.
• Proficient with WhatsApp Business, basic websites, and digital tools.
• Highly organized, proactive, and sales-driven.
• Must reside in Port Harcourt, preferably near Eliozu.
• Completed NYSC.
• Must be available for full-time, on-site work.
• Strong communication and proven online sales skills.
• Able to work Mondays to Saturdays.
• Must be willing to work with the company long-term.

3. Foodstuff Inventory Entry Officer

• Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers State
• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: ₦100,000 monthly

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory/Data Entry Officer to accurately input, update, and maintain inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately into the company’s database or inventory software.
• Ensure daily data entries are completed and properly closed.
• Review and verify data for correctness before submission.
• Update existing inventory records as needed.
• Generate reports and assist with data analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Identify and correct errors to improve data entry accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely task completion.
• Assist in onboarding/training new team members on data entry processes.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements
