Job Description

The Office Administrative Intern will provide administrative support to office personnel and collaborate with all teams. Responsibilities include clerical duties, inventory and vendor management, procurement, support staff supervision, and front-desk operations.

  • Customer service and front desk management
  • Preparing official documents, memos, resumes, and presentations
  • Basic bookkeeping, including invoicing

Job Description

The Automation Intern will work with the IT, AI, and Tech teams to streamline organizational processes through AI tools and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms such as Power Automate, Electroneek, and Robomotion. No programming experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify tasks suitable for automation and implement workflows
