The Awaji Youth Federation (AYF) Fellowship welcomes next-generation leaders who aspire to address both regional revitalization and global challenges.
Designed for individuals with prior professional experience, this fellowship provides an opportunity to accelerate personal and professional growth, achieving significant development in just nine months.
The AYF Fellowship is a 9-month live-in program on Awaji Island, Japan, offering a unique exchange experience where participants from around the world engage in projects that support Japanese workplaces and contribute to regional revitalization initiatives.
Participants gain hands-on learning through lectures and fieldwork, particularly focused on Natureverse projects on Awaji Island, cultivating diverse talents equipped with advanced knowledge and skills to act as bridges for sustainable regional development across national boundaries.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be nationals of any country
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with some prior work experience
- Demonstrate a commitment to solving societal challenges and contributing to AYF projects
- Uphold core values of hard work, discipline, and care for others
- No IELTS or other language test is required
