Job Summary

OPay is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and well-organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations and assist with site coordination activities.

The ideal candidate should be familiar with the local environment, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to manage administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Coordinate office activities and maintain a clean, organized work environment
  • Support office leasing and site selection activities when required
  • Liaise with vendors, landlords, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation using Microsoft Office tools

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND
  • Native of the location or has lived in the area for several years
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in office leasing and site selection is an added advantage
