The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN), in collaboration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), is offering FREE business registration for eligible Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across Nigeria.
This initiative is designed to help entrepreneurs formalize their businesses at no cost, improve credibility, and gain access to government and private-sector support opportunities.
Requirements
Applicants must have:
- A valid E-signature
- Passport photograph (soft copy)
- An active and valid email address

How to Apply
Step 1: SMEDAN Registration
Visit https://portal.smedan.gov.ng/signup
Create an account and complete your business registration on the SMEDAN portal.
Step 2: CAC Continuation
After successful SMEDAN registration, a CAC continuation link will automatically appear on your dashboard.
Step 3: Complete CAC Registration
Click on the CAC pop-up link and carefully follow the instructions to complete your business registration with CAC.
