Our Early Career Program for Field Engineers is a 36-month structured journey designed to equip recent graduates with the skills and experience to make meaningful contributions in the energy sector.
You will help clients locate and produce energy more efficiently while gaining exposure to real-world technical challenges.

What You’ll Do
As a Field Engineer, you’ll act as the primary interface between on-site teams and clients. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading crews to ensure proper installation, maintenance, and startup of equipment
- Coordinating with team members to deploy tools and services, including liaising with customers and shore-based Operations Managers
- Participating in hands-on problem-solving at rig sites
- Preparing, documenting, and managing equipment and product movements to and from well sites
- Supporting tenders through data analysis, cost estimation, and invoicing
- Engaging in job-shadowing to develop a holistic understanding of the business

What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (all fields), Engineering Technology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Geosciences, or a related field, completed within the last 36 months
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 (or equivalent)
- Be fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
- Be legally authorized to work in Nigeria without sponsorship or time restrictions
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, teamwork ability, and leadership potential
- Demonstrate critical thinking, numerical skills, data analysis, and project management capabilities
