We welcome students from all degree disciplines and value diverse backgrounds.
For the Graduate Programme, you must:
- Be in your final year of a university degree (or higher) or have graduated in the last two years
- Have the permanent legal right to work in the country you are applying to
Exceptions:
- UK and UAE: Candidates requiring visa sponsorship are considered; in the UAE, priority is given to UAE nationals
- US Graduate Roles: Applications from candidates seeking OPT or CPT employment will not be considered

Programme Structure:
- Induction: Classroom sessions, case studies, and tailored technical training, split by business functions
- 12-Month Training Rotation: Spend five months in your focus area, followed by two-month rotations in Financial Markets, Transaction Banking, and Risk
- 6-Month Business Rotation: Conclude with a six-month rotation in your focus area within CCIB Client Coverage, helping you identify your ideal team and begin your career at Standard Chartered
