Role Overview

The Graduate Trainee Program is designed to provide practical, on-the-job training across factory and corporate operations. Trainees will work closely with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, quality control, operations management, and business support functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily production, assembly, or administrative activities
  • Learn and apply manufacturing and operational procedures
  • Assist with quality control, safety standards, and process improvement initiatives
  • Support record-keeping, reporting, and compliance activities
  • Perform assigned duties with accuracy, discipline, and professionalism

Requirements & Qualifications

  • B.Sc., B.A., or HND in Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines
  • 0–2 years post-graduation experience
