Programme Details
The 3MTT DeepTech Ready Upskilling Programme offers a comprehensive learning experience for individuals ready to advance their technical expertise.
The initiative, implemented by the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation & Digital Economy, aims to build a strong pipeline of technical talent in line with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s vision of creating 2 million digital jobs by 2025.
As a key component of the Renewed Hope Agenda, the 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) Programme seeks to strengthen Nigeria’s digital workforce and position the country as a net exporter of technical talent.
The first phase of the programme is being delivered in collaboration with NITDA, alongside multiple stakeholders including fellows, training providers, partners, and placement organisations.
