About the Graduate Trainee Program
The CGC Nigeria Limited Graduate Trainee Program is designed to identify, develop, and retain high-potential engineering graduates who will contribute to the company’s future workforce.
Selected trainees will undergo structured, hands-on training under dedicated training units, gaining practical experience on real projects. Upon successful completion of the one-year programme, participants may be deployed to new roles within the organization.
At the end of the training period, engagement may be renewed or discontinued based on the trainee’s overall performance and suitability for long-term roles.

Eligible Disciplines
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree (B.Eng, B.Sc, or equivalent) in any of the following fields:
- Civil Engineering
- Structural Engineering
- Water Resources Engineering
- Environmental Engineering
- Road and Bridge Engineering
- Geological Engineering
- Survey and Mapping Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be not more than 30 years old
- Have completed NYSC (discharge or exemption certificate required)
- Possess a strong academic background and interest in the construction industry
- Be willing to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills
