About the Programme
The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) is a youth employability initiative designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and workplace experience.
Through this programme, qualified Nigerian graduates are placed in reputable public and private sector organisations across all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
Participants gain structured, hands-on work experience, professional mentorship, and career development support aimed at improving long-term employability and leadership capacity.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the NJFP 2026, applicants must:
- Be a Nigerian graduate (BSc or HND)
- Have graduated in 2022 or later
- Be 30 years old or younger
- Be currently unemployed
- Have completed NYSC or possess a valid Exemption Letter
Meet the minimum academic requirements:
- BSc: Minimum of Second Class Lower (2.2)
- HND: Minimum of Upper Credit (3.0 and above)
Required Documents
Applicants must prepare the following:
- Notarized Degree Certificate
- NYSC Discharge Certificate or Exemption Letter
- Active National Identification Number (NIN)
