Job Description
The Aircraft Technician will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, inspections, repairs, and modifications on the airline’s fleet to ensure optimal safety and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate must have a solid background in aviation mechanics, strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
This role reports directly to the Director, Maintenance and Engineering and plays a critical role in supporting aircraft serviceability, engineering operations, and technical store management.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for daily aircraft operations under the supervision of a Line Maintenance Engineer.
- Ensure aircraft serviceability in compliance with approved maintenance directives.
- Maintain all Green Africa Ground Support Equipment (GSE), including cleaning, inspections, and repairs.
- Maintain the interior and exterior appearance of the airline’s fleet.
- Support the maintenance of engineering facilities in Lagos and other line stations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance, Line Maintenance Manager, or Line Maintenance Engineers.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience as an Aircraft Technician within an airline.
- OND, HND, or B.Sc qualification in a relevant field.
- BATCO Certificate.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and manufacturer manuals.
- Good understanding of NCAA regulations.
- Strong communication skills and computer literacy.
