Eligibility
- Maximum 25 years old as of last birthday
- Fluent in Hausa and familiar with the Northern region
- Graduated with at least a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree
- Self-starter, confident, and willing to live in rural job locations
- Analytical mindset with the ability to learn quickly
- Strong leadership skills

Qualifications
Minimum Second Class Upper Degree (2:1) in one of the following disciplines:
- Agronomy / Agriculture / Agricultural Extension
- Crop Protection
- Agricultural Economics
- Agricultural Engineering
- Soil Science
Completed NYSC or must complete by March 2026
