The program provides participants with a unique opportunity to learn directly from experienced leaders at Nestlé, one of the world’s leading food and beverage companies. Through structured mentorship and professional development sessions, selected participants will gain valuable industry insights, expand their global networks, and accelerate their career growth.
About the Program
The Nestlé Cultivate: YOUth Mentorship Program connects young talents with accomplished professionals from Nestlé’s global leadership network.
Over the course of six months, participants will receive one-on-one mentorship, practical career guidance, and access to learning opportunities designed to strengthen their professional journey.
The program aims to support early-career individuals by providing exposure to real-world leadership experience and cross-cultural collaboration.
